Faculty Relationship Manager (2025 – Present)
Managing faculty relationships for online academic programs. Key responsibilities include preparing faculty by tracking milestones, aligning expectations, resolving issues, and communicating with cross-functional teams to address concerns and maintain confidence in academic services.
Course Instructor (2020 – Present)
Contractual lecturer who provides in-person and virtual lectures for synchronous and asynchronous students. Courses focus on developing cultural competency and intercultural communication in the workplace, as well as aiding cultural adjustment for international students.
