Emphasis is placed on understanding how conflicts emerge across cultures and developing practical strategies for resolution.
  • Culture and Communication in Business: An asynchronous course designed for Z School programs, this course equips emerging business leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to lead diverse teams and operate effectively in global workplaces. Key topics include intercultural communication, global leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Cultural Diversity and Intercultural Communication: Offered to students at IPAG Business School (France) and the National Latina Business Women Association, this course explores cultural identities and diversity within the U.S. Students develop tools for effective cross-cultural communication, with a focus on empathy, inclusion, and navigating cultural differences in professional and social settings.
  • International Students’ Guide to U.S. Society: This virtual exchange course, taught to students at Japanese institutions including Tohoku University, Teikyo University, and Nagoya University, explores American multiculturalism and cultural identity. The course provides international students with a deeper understanding of U.S. society through real-world case studies, intercultural reflection, and discussion of contemporary social issues.
